Kevin Williams, D.D.S.Kevin Williams, D.D.S.

Dr. Kevin Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies in 1992.

He was married to Kathryn Jarrell, a lifelong resident of Monroe, in 1994.

Dr. Williams worked in chemical and pharmaceutical sales from 1994 to 2005. In 2006, Dr. Williams started dental school at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. As a dental student, Dr. Williams was inducted into two honor societies: The C. Edmund Kells Honorary Society of LSUHSC and the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

After four years of dental school, Dr. Williams had two years of additional training in the specialty of orthodontics at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Williams, his wife Kathryn, and his two boys, Clay and Andrew, made the decision to move back to Monroe after his specialty training. Kathryn's mother, sister, Ann, and brother, Palmer, all live in Monroe. Kathryn's father, Palmer Jarrell, was a dentist in Monroe for many years, and her mother, Beverly Jarrell, just retired from the head position at the ULM Dental Hygiene School, which she helped form over 40 years ago.

To stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the orthodontic industry, Dr. Williams maintains memberships in many professional organizations, including the Northeast Louisiana Dental Association, South Arkansas Dental Society, the Orthodontic Exchange and the Invisalign Exchange.

Outside of the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting sports, snow skiing and knee boarding. He loves spending time with his wife, Kathryn; his sons, Clay and Andrew; the family cat, Gumbo; and their three dogs, Snoopy, Drake and King.
